At the 2006 Game Developers Conference (GDC), company owner Michael Nierstedt talked nonchalantly about meeting representatives from heralded game company Nintendo and pitching the games of his team, Teabag Games. Behind the casual tone was a glint, a small spark in his eyes, spreading across his face into a smile.
Nierstedt and the members of the Teabag Games team – Brandon Bare, Kevin Hotalen, Godric Johnson, Korey Jones, Ian McEwan and Mark Yantek – made the trip to the GDC to show their games to industry companies.
